Mechanical Engineering Technologist (Brantford)

Required skills Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology required; a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering is considered an asset. 3+ years of experience in mould design within the plastic injection moulding industry. 3+ years of hands-on experience using Cimatron for mould design and development of mould components. Solid understanding of mould design principles, manufacturing processes, and relevant industry standards. Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. Ability to take ownership of tasks, manage priorities, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
