Supply Chain Coordinator (Brantford)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to manage and optimize shipping, inventory, and supply chain operations within our packaging facility near Brantford, ON location. Pay $55K Key Responsibilities - Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of raw materials and finished packaging products - Schedule and track shipments with carriers, freight providers, and third-party logistics partners - Maintain accurate inventory levels of packaging materials (corrugate, films, labels, etc.) - Prepare shipping documentation including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork - Monitor order fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery to customers - Communicate with production, warehouse, and procurement teams to align logistics activities - Resolve shipping delays, damages, or discrepancies efficiently - Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities - Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies Qualifications - Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field - 2 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry - Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, freight coordination, and inventory control - Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Ability to work in a quick-paced manufacturing environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2oflrl
