This position, reporting to the Manager of IT Infrastructure Service and Support, focuses on optimizing in-house and cloud-based information systems. You will work closely with end users, provide level 1 and 2 support guidance, and engage in capacity planning and documentation processes. Your role will also involve proactive security measures and continuity plans to protect vital organizational functions.
