Production Control Material Planner Brantford

Benefits of the Role: Competitive compensation Excellent Total Rewards Package (100% company paid medical/dental benefits, vacation, RRSP) Clean and safe temperature & humidity-controlled manufacturing environment Employer paid uniform and PPE Training, development, and growth opportunities Duties & Responsibilities: Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand Monitor operations to ensure on time completion and within budget Address issues aiming for minimal disruption Prepare shipping and receiving documentation Receive materials and shipments in computer system Monitor and records materials, sub assembly and finished product inventory levels Communication with Vendors as required Qualifications: 3+ years experience as a production control planner in a manufacturing setting and/or demonstrated work experience; automotive preferred Understanding and experience with deliveries and shipments within a manufacturing environment Ability to coordinate, prioritize and multi-task Demonstrated flexibility within a fast-paced environment Superior attention to detail in all areas of work Skilled appearance and manners Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and ERP systems Must be legally entitled to work in Canada Mitsui High-tec (Canada), Inc. strives to create a respectful, accessible and inclusive work setting.
