Manufacturing Team Lead - Container Outfitting (Brockville)

About the Role We are seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead to support the production and outfitting of specialized container systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is best suited for a strong leader who can organize, support, and guide a Production Team while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, communication, and accountability. The successful candidate will help drive production efficiency, Team development, workflow coordination, and daily execution while working closely with production, engineering, and material teams to meet deadlines and changing production requirements. This is a leadership-focused position within a hands-on manufacturing environment. The Team Lead is expected to remain actively involved in day-to-day production activities while also leading the Team, coordinating workflow, resolving issues, and helping maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards across the operation. This role will work closely with and report to the Production Manager to build a successful, efficient, and accountable Production Team.
