Description
Gilmore Wellness Clinic is seeking a highly organized, patient-focused Wellness Office Assistant with mandatory JaneApp experience to join our growing team. This part‑time position offers structured hours, supportive leadership, and room for long‑term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage patient bookings, waitlists, reminders, and follow‑up appointments using JaneApp. Support patients in person, by phone, and by email with professionalism and warmth.
Process patient billing and payments, including claims from insurance and third‑party providers. Coordinate and track wellness and healthcare documentation and manage JaneApp bookings and related billing.
Answer and route calls professionally. Communicate effectively with patients, practitioners, and management.
Maintain clinic cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming environment. Support day‑to‑day operational tasks and assist with additional duties as assigned.
Schedule Approximately 20‑25 hours per week expected; could be more.
Qualifications
MUST have hands‑on experience with JaneApp (mandatory requirement).
Previous experience in a medical, wellness, or healthcare setting is a strong asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities with close attention to detail.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast‑paced clinic.
A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
Compensation&Benefits
Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience).
Extended health care benefits after three months of probation.
20%–30% staff discount on wellness services after the probation period.
