English Job Duties&Responsibilities

Report daily to the Project Supervisor Engage in new builds and renovations, both residential and commercial Organize and prioritize work Read and interpret building plans, drawings, and specifications. Complete work in a professional and timely fashion Supervise a helper to aid in completion of tasksOrganize equipment and building materials Operate equipment including skid steer, telehandler and payloader Work Environment

Physical activity in a project environment (both inside and outside) such as pushing and pulling, crouching, bending, reaching, as well as some climbing and working at heights Work on sites can be noisy, odorous, hot, humid, cold and/or dusty Occasional lifting of equipment up to 50 kg Qualifications

College degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience (e.g. 5 years' work experience in a trade) preferred 3 years of residential renovations or property maintenance experience Previous work experience (can include part time or summer employment during high school and college) Supervisor/lead hand experience is an assetMust have a valid driver's license Proficient in one or more of the following: Framing, insulating, drywalling, flooring (laminate, tile, hardwood) Time management Strong problem-solving skills Punctual and reliable Burnbrae Farms welcomes and encourages applications from all qualified candidates, including those with disabilities.
