Technical Support Agricultural Expert, Rideau Lakes area (Kemptville)

Enhance the agricultural industry as a Technical Support Agricultural Expert. This full-time role requires both in-person and remote engagement with farmers and stakeholders.

In this position, you will prepare information sessions and provide ongoing client support after sales. Your expertise will help farmers maximize their operations through effective consultations and customer service. Proficiency in MS Office along with monitoring software will be necessary to track progress and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:• Background in agriculture, specifically with animals and poultry • Must hold a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel • Strong client focus and organizational skills • Ability to work efficiently under pressure • Access to the internet for remote consulting
