Pharmacist Position at The Royal, Brockville

Take on a Pharmacist role at The Royal with a hybrid model requiring on-site work three days weekly. Drive quality improvements and mentor pharmacy staff in delivering safe medication practices.

In this position, you will ensure the accurate and timely flow of medication alongside adhering to pharmacy standards established by the Ontario College of Pharmacists. Your responsibilities will include collaboration with healthcare teams, project engagement, and overseeing medication management processes. You'll also play a key role in teaching pharmacy students within a community-focused framework.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead pharmacy staff and oversee drug distribution • Engage in continuous quality improvements and policies • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams • Conduct medication safety and reconciliation tasks • Provide drug information and support clinical decision-making

Requirements:• Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution • Registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists • Experience with clinical pharmacy software applications • Strong organizational and communication skills • French language skills are advantageous
