Overview First Onsite Restoration is seeking a full-time
Project Manager
with 2+ years of experience in the restoration or insurance industry to scope and estimate projects to bring properties back to life after disaster.
You'll be the calm in the storm for our clients—guiding them with confidence, clarity, and care during some of their toughest days.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROJECT MANAGER As a Project Manager, you play a key role in ensuring that projects are completed on time to our quality standards. To the property owner, adjuster, and insurance company, you are the face of our company. You establish trust as you consult with clients about projects, answer their questions, and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction. You prepare accurate quotations, job costing, and estimating.
Throughout each project you manage, you inspect progress and work quality to ensure that emergency and rebuild timelines are met and in alignment with policy and guidelines. You manage all sorts of restoration claims including water damage and fire damage to both residential and commercial properties. You resolve disputes and complaints professionally. The strong relationships you build with homeowners, adjusters, property managers, and other key players help generate new leads. Your knowledge of the restoration/construction industry, estimator skills, and sales ability help you excel in this role.
Qualifications
2-3 years of Restoration/Insurance industry experience as a Project Manager or Adjuster
Knowledge of building construction and codes
Level 1 or 2 - Xactimate
Experience planning and monitoring budgets
Valid driver’s license
Clean criminal record
Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
Physical requirements: may include lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces
