We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Brockville location. About the Position Hansler Smith is seeking a self-motivated Customer Service Representative who has excellent organizational skills, is detail-oriented, and a quick learner to be a part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment to support our rapid growth. The successful candidate will work alongside the sales team to effectively assist customers. If you are a team player and have a go-getter mindset, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with customers by phone and email to assist them in finding the product solution to meet their needs. Provide quotes, product availability and delivery timelines. - Work effectively with the Outside Sales team, to ensure customer satisfaction. - Ability to understand customer needs and concerns to help them get the job done and win/maintain their business. - Strive to win– Set high standards; Take personal accountability; Deliver on commitments. - Plan, manage and adjust to the daily workload. - Promote a healthy culture, strive for continuous process improvements. Requirements: - 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong organizational skills and time management. - Proficiency with computers and relevant applications/platforms (MS Office, ERP) - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrable ability to multi-task while adhering to deadlines. - Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
