In this full time role, the IT Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for managing vital IT systems and providing technical support within the organization. With 2-3 years of experience, you will ensure smooth operation by addressing hardware, software, and network issues. Your expertise will also enhance partnerships with key stakeholders and support the agency’s operational goals.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide daily technical support for staff and resolve issues • Safeguard access to confidential information across all systems • Oversee the installation and configuration of computer systems • Track technical requests through the support ticketing system • Collaborate with HR on investigations requiring IT support

Requirements: • Diploma in Information Technology or related field • 2-3 years of relevant IT experience • Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle • Familiarity with cloud solutions like Microsoft 365 and Azure • Excellent organizational and communication skills
