Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our busy kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. This role offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills in a fast-paced restaurant environment, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients Ensure all food handling procedures comply with food safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations before, during, and after shifts Support the kitchen team in delivering excellent food service to guests Follow all health and safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe working environment Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service preferred but not required Knowledge of food handling safety practices and kitchen sanitation standards Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team Experience in serving or restaurant environments is a plus Basic understanding of meal preparation techniques and the food industry standards Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about culinary arts and eager to grow within the food industry.
