Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities - Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards - Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients - Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations - Serve dishes promptly and professionally to guests, ensuring presentation meets standards - Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure customer safety - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during service hours - Adhere to all health and safety guidelines related to food industry standards Qualifications - Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods - Strong understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures - Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction - Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting - Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team - Passion for the food industry and commitment to quality meal preparation This position is integral to delivering an outstanding dining experience.
