As the Financial Controller, you will report directly to the President and lead all day-to-day accounting functions. This role demands strong technical accounting skills along with integrity, judgment, and the ability to work closely with various teams. You will oversee accurate financial reporting while maintaining efficient processes and robust internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage all accounting functions: accounts payable and receivable • Prepare and review monthly and annual financial reports • Conduct hands-on bookkeeping and data entry tasks • Maintain and improve accounting systems like Odoo ERP • Supervise daily operations and coordinate with theAssistant Financial Controller

Requirements:• Experience as a Financial Controller in engineering or construction • Strong skills in Odoo ERP and QuickBooks Online • Detailed-oriented with strong administrative skills • Knowledge of Canadian accounting practices • Engineering Technician diploma preferred
