Overview VP, Product & Digital Banking Strategy at Canadian Tire Bank leads the product portfolio including credit cards, retail banking and insurance, overseeing acquisition, engagement, and digital experience across all channels. Responsibilities Own product strategy, go-to-market execution and governance; oversee CTB's strategic objectives and P&L; ownership. Align stakeholders across CTB, Retail businesses, and Triangle loyalty to deliver products that maximize enterprise value. Act as first line of defense for regulatory compliance across credit card, retail, and insurance businesses. Drive new customer acquisition strategy across Retail banners and digital channels, identifying and unlocking new acquisition channels. Partner with customer experience teams to deliver onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies and test new personalization strategies. Manage digital customer experience, launching features across mobile and web, balancing speed, risk, and regulatory requirements. Transform and change across CTC, modernizing acquisition technology, launching new products, building AI-powered workflows, maintaining market knowledge. Build diverse high performing teams, lead cross-functional initiatives, support senior executives with strategy and employee experience initiatives. Qualifications Deep retail, product and digital banking experience, with a track record in developing strategies, business cases, and roadmaps. Ability to synthesize industry trends and adapt quickly in a fast moving financial services environment. Financial acumen for fact based business cases and knowledge of payments industry and Canada's payment modernization program. Experience with design thinking, digital product delivery, agile teams, and cross functional partnership. Familiarity with banking technology systems and emerging technology trends. Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal; strong collaborator who can influence without direct authority. Results driven, customer and digital first mindset, comfortable with ambiguity. Retail banking and financial services experience required.
