Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations Serve dishes promptly and professionally to guests, ensuring presentation meets standards Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure customer safety Collaborate with team members to ensure effective kitchen operations during service hours Adhere to all health and safety guidelines related to food industry standards Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods Strong understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting Positive communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team Passion for the food industry and commitment to quality meal preparation This position is integral to delivering an outstanding dining experience.
