Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess robust customer service skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy in guest information. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner. Operate multi-line phone systems to assist guests and manage reservations. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Maintain the front desk area to ensure it is clean and organized at all times. Collaborate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs and enhance their experience. Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions. Able to work each of our 3 shifts: 1) 6am-2pm, 2) 2pm-10pm and 3) 10pm-6am Qualifications Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests. Proficiency in using multi-line phone systems and basic computer software applications. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding guest services. Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about hotel operations and services.
