As a key member of our team, you'll handle daily maintenance tasks across conveyors, crushers, and wash plants. You will implement safety protocols and drive maintenance efficiency while working flexible shifts and occasionally traveling to various locations. This position is ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:• Promote safety culture among staff and subcontractors • Schedule and perform equipment maintenance inspections • Report environmental spills and operate equipment efficiently • Make repairs and adjustments for optimal performance • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the work site

Requirements:• High School Diploma and valid Driver’s license • 2-5 years in maintenance or labor positions • First Aid, WHMIS, and safety training certifications • Mechanical aptitude for tool operation • Reliable transportation for travel
