Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed, detail-oriented, and compassionate RPN to join our busy family medical team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care. The RPN will utilize their expertise in nursing practices to support patient well‑being, manage medical needs, and collaborate with physicians and other team members.Experience in family medicine is highly valued. The role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, medication administration, and case management to ensure optimal patient care. Responsibilities

Patient triage Patient interaction (phone and in person), rooming patients Taking vital signs Performing procedures such as immunizations, allergy injections, suture removal, etc. Instrument inventory and sterilization Administrative duties (charting, phoning patients, etc.) Required Qualifications

Licensed as an RPN or RN in Ontario and in positive standing with the College. Vulnerable sectors check Professional/personal reference Current CPR/First Aid Certification Strong and up‑to‑date knowledge of vaccines Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a team‑oriented attitudeStrong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask Assets
