Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Factory Workers to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities - Operate machinery and equipment according to safety guidelines and operational procedures. - Assemble products or components as per specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality. - Conduct regular inspections of products during the manufacturing process to identify defects or issues. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations. - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. - Assist in inventory management by tracking materials used during production. - Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly. Skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. - Basic mechanical skills; experience with machinery is a plus but not required. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Positive physical stamina; capable of standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights. - Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
