ServiceNow Technical Consultant - CSM Contract-Remote Overview: We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant/Developer to join an exciting project. This TC will gather requirements from key clients & stakeholders focused on CSM, while being hands-on in development throughout the project. What will you be doing: - Collaborating closely with clients, leadership, and a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team - Utilize your knowledge & work projects broadly across the board but in particular with advancements in Customer Service Management(CSM), and the wider Customer Workflows part of the platform - Data Migration from a Legacy System to ServiceNow - Gather requirements and be hands-on in development - Work on implementations from start to finish, as well as integrations & modernizing the existing platform - Working to ServiceNow best practices for out-of-the-box solutions, as well as with custom solutions/apps as needed for specific requirements Experience: - Solid ServiceNow Development experience - ServiceNow Certifications(CSA, CAD, CIS etc..) - ServiceNow CIS-CSM REQUIRED - Previous consultancy experience DESIRABLE - Experience CSM implementations REQUIRED For more information about this position, get in contact today!
