Job requirements Minimum of one (1) year of full-time experience in a supervisory or assistant management role, ideally in retail, food service, or entertainment. Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience, ideally in a related sector. Strong customer service and team management skills. Positive leadership, autonomy, and organizational skills. Comfortable using management software (inventory, scheduling, sales). Bilingual (French and English) for smooth communication with approximately 40% English-speaking clientele.
