Supply Chain Coordinator - Production (Brossard)

Overview Languages English or French Education - College/CEGEP Experience 3 years to less than 5 years On site Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities Tasks - Compile orders and instructions received from customers - Develop specific plans to prioritize - Organize tasks to accomplish the work - Oversee operational logistics of the organization - Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization - Revise type and quantity of materials required sent for production, construction and other projects - Track and complete work orders - Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments - Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments - Perform routine clerical duties - Prepare and submit reports - Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery - Arrange for maintenance and repair work - Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll and other summaries - Ensure proper functioning of equipment - Light cleaning duties - Maintain work records and logs - Monitor personnel workloads and locations - Organize warehouse and work areas - Perform general office duties - Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality - Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units - Co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies - Compile worksheets and specifications of orders - Consult with production supervisor to schedule production runs in a cost and time-productive manner - Estimate type and quantity of materials and labour required for production, construction and other projects - Monitor production progress - Prepare and maintain progress and other reports - Project management - Provide customer service - Co-ordinate, assign and review work - Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies - Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders - Follow-up on issues with work orders - Keep track of shipments - Maintain vehicle operator work records - Organize and maintain inventory Benefits Health benefits - Dental plan - Health care plan Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ohxkk
