Purpose of the position Le Cherbourg, managed by Cogir, offers a friendly and stimulating work environment. We have a dedicated and caring team for our seniors. We are currently looking for a server to join our dining room team. Hours: 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Opportunities for additional hours during the summer.

Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

Greet residents in the dining room and ensure they are comfortable

Bring plates to tables and provide personalized service

Perform other related duties

In cooperation with the kitchen staff, prepare daily andà la carte menus and answer residents' questions regarding meals and preparation

Take orders, noting specific requests and following-up with the kitchen staff

Greet clients and orient new residents by proposing their seat at an appropriate table

Maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and the workspace

Contribute to the teams efforts to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dinning room(s)

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork

Portion the desserts

The ideal person has :

Required qualifications :

1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
