Description Reporting to the Technical Services Supervisor, you will have to travel to our customers in the agri-food and health sectors in Greater Montreal. You will install, repair and provide after-sales service for a range of products such as hand soap dispensers, product dilutors, dishwashers, etc. We provide the vehicle, tools, uniform and training.

Responsibilities

Providing value-added after-sales service and perform problem solving;

Performing repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and implementation of systems on electromechanical equipment, either onsite or in branch

Helping other departments through internal work;

Diagnosing problems, determining corrective action and undertaking repair;

Managing service calls and examining the customer’s requirements.

Requirements

Know how to work in a team, demonstrate initiative and be solutions-oriented

Have good communication skills and be customer-oriented

Be incredibly organized and understand processes thoroughly

Possess post-secondary courses in Electro-Mechanical, Electricity and/or Mechanics would be considered an asset;

Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record;

Be able to lift up to a hundred (100) pounds (battery replacement, equipment loading and offloading);
