Production Team Lead As Malach continues to expand, we are looking for a Production Team Lead who can work alongside the team, support multiple stations, and keep production moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Your Impact The Production Team Lead plays a key role in ensuring daily production runs safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you work alongside the team, support multiple stations, and keep production moving. You will step in where needed, remove barriers to productivity, and keep work moving in your department. This role requires strong awareness of priorities, quick decision making, and the ability to adapt as production needs change throughout the shift. You are responsible for setting clear expectations, reinforcing standards, and holding the team accountable to performance, quality, and safety requirements. You will support training and development, address issues early, and escalatewhen needed.

Primary Areas Of Influence Production Execution&Support

Actively work on the production floor, supporting operations wherever needed.

Ensure daily production schedules are executed efficiently and priorities are clearly understood.

Monitor workflow and adjust resources to maintain production flow.

Identify and address bottlenecks to keep work moving.

Team Leadership&Support

Provide day‑to‑day direction and support team members on shift.

Set clear expectations for performance, quality, and accountability.

Support training, onboarding, and development with the team.

Foster a collaborative, respectful, and results‑driven work environment.

On Time Delivery&Performance

Track production progress throughout the shift and ensure timelines are met.

Communicate risks, delays, or changes in priorities proactively.

Support problem‑solving to maintain output and meet delivery commitments.

Contribute to continuous improvement processes and efficiency.

Quality Control

Ensure all work meets company quality standards and specifications.

Identify defects or issues and take immediate corrective action.

Reinforce attention to detail and consistency across all work.

Safety&Compliance

Enforce all safety policies, procedures, and safe work instructions.

Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safe work practices.

Participate in hazard identification and incident prevention.

Support compliance with all Workplace Safety and Health requirements.

Workplace Organization

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

Support housekeeping standards and proper material handling.

Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained properly.

Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing or production environment.

Previous leadership or team‑lead experience is an asset.

Strong understanding of production processes and workflow.

Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate equipment as required.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage competing priorities.
