Technical Writer, Brossard

Technical Writer– Brossard Manufacturing facility We are looking for a talented and meticulous technical writer capable of producing clear, structured, and accessible documentation for technical products and solutions.

As a technical writer, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to create user manuals and engineering specifications for our products.

Main Responsibilities

Create and update technical documentation for products and available options on the North American market in both French and English

Keep documents up to date as products and options evolve

Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation

Update the documentation portal for our partners

Ensure the distribution of technical documents

Follow the company’s writing standards and document management processes

Participate in the continuous improvement of documentation methods and tools

Required Technical Skills

2 years experience in documentation

Knowledge of a CAD software: Ideally SolidWorks

Excellent written in French and English

Basic knowledge of electrical control would be an asset

Knowledge of InDesign

Strong oral and written communication skills

Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Ability to explain and simplify technical terminology

Strong active listening skills and a solution-oriented mindset
