Theyre among the most impactful B2B experiences in our space, and beyond. This internship is a chance to step into that world and contribute in a real, meaningful way. You wont just observe youll be part of the coordination, details, and momentum that bring these experiences to life. The Chance As an Events Intern, youll join the B2B Events team and support the delivery of high-impact experiences throughout the summer, including key upcoming initiatives. Youll be part of the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps everything moving helping turn plans into action and ensuring all the pieces come together smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and energized by fast-paced environments. Youll gain exposure to our programs from early planning and supplier coordination through execution and see how premium B2B experiences are built from the ground up. What Youll Be Involved In Youll work closely with the team to keep projects structured, moving, and ready for execution. Your work will include a mix of coordination, follow-ups, and hands-on support such as: Supporting logistics from planning through execution Supporting reporting and analysis of program results and performance Preparing RFPs and following up with suppliers through to contract confirmation Keeping documentation accurate and up to date (budgets, timelines, vendor info, key files) Tracking inventory and helping coordinate materials needed for upcoming initiatives Supporting smaller activations and cross-functional projects Helping keep all moving parts aligned and on track Qualifications Who Were Looking For Currently studying marketing, event management, or a related field Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented Strong communication skills in French and English(due to frequent communication with employees in Quebec, Ontario, and the United States) Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office We value curiosity, motivation, and potential above all Additional Information Why Join Techo-Bloc Youll get real exposure to how high-impact B2B experiences are built from concept to execution.
