As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you are a career matchmaker and trusted partner to senior leaders. You help shape teams, influence hiring decisions, and attract people who don’t just fill roles — they grow into leaders. Your Impact - Act as a go to strategic talent partner for Corporate and Operations Directors and Managers - Elevate the quality and consistency of professional, managerial, and senior level hiring - Build leadership pipelines with succession in mind - Shape how Techo-Bloc attracts, assesses, and inspires top talent across Canada - Help future leaders see themselves — and their careers — at Techo-Bloc Strategic Talent Partnering - Looking beyond résumés to understand ambition, potential, and fit - Telling compelling career stories and selling a vision - Helping people imagine futures — and leadership journeys — they may not have considered - Partner closely with leaders to understand business priorities, team dynamics, and future leadership needs - Advise on role design, talent strategy, and market insights End-to-end Recruitment - Own full cycle recruitment for professional, managerial, and senior roles in Canada - Lead structured intake, assessment, and selection processes - Ensure hiring decisions align with Techo-Bloc’s values, culture, and long-term vision Modern Talent Attraction & Innovation - Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through networking, relationships, and targeted outreach - Use AI and technology to draft creative job postings, personalize outreach, and elevate sourcing strategies - Leverage social platforms, digital tools, and data to reach talent beyond traditional job boards Leadership Pipeline Building - Recruit with a succession mindset — building depth, not just capacity - Identify high potential talent and help leaders think beyond immediate needs - Support internal mobility and leadership development initiatives Qualifications - 7+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience - Proven success recruiting qualified, managerial, or senior roles - Strong ability to partner with leaders and executives - Business minded, confident, and comfortable influencing without authority - Bilingual (French & English) — English is required to serve our clients and employees located outside Quebec and in the U.S.; - A genuine passion for people, leadership, and long-term impact Additional Information Why This Role Matters - Building leadership depth and succession strength - Protecting Techo-Bloc’s culture as we grow - Ensuring we scale with intention, quality, and excellence - This is your opportunity to do meaningful work, and work alongside leaders who truly value Talent Acquisition — and who believe the future of the company is built one exceptional hire at a time.
