Customer Service/Food Preparation (Saint-Hubert)

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Customer Service/Food Preparation team member to join our dynamic food service team. Responsibilities - Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring clear communication - Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines - Cook menu items as needed, maintaining quality and presentation standards - Handle food safely by following proper hygiene and sanitation procedures - Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction - Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas - Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as required - Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation Experience - Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required - Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety protocols is advantageous - Familiarity with serving procedures and customer interaction is beneficial - Experience with meal preparation and handling various types of food products is a plus - Candidates with a background in the food industry or restaurant experience will find this role aligns well with their skills This position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the food industry to grow their skills in a supportive team environment.
