Join our team and become an essential part of a dynamic organization that values transparency, collaboration, and employee well-being. : As a Customer Service / Inside Sales Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive customer experience. In addition to customer service and administrative responsibilities, you will support inside sales activities by assisting with prospect follow-ups, quotations, customer relationship management, and sales coordination. Your role will also include logistics and warehouse-related responsibilities to help support the smooth operation of our office and order fulfillment process. Key Responsibilities:Customer Service & Inside Sales: - Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Process customer orders, quotations, and invoices - Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products and services - Keep detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents - Create and follow up on prospects, leads, quotations, and purchase orders - Support inside sales efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions - Follow up with existing and prospective customers regarding quotations, product inquiries, and opportunities - Maintain and update CRM/customer databases - Assist the sales team with customer communications, scheduling meetings, and sales coordination - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors Order Fulfillment, Shipping, Receiving & Logistics: - Process customer orders accurately and efficiently - Pack and ship orders to ensure timely delivery - Track orders and update customers on shipment status - Prepare shipping documents and follow up on domestic and international shipments - Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy - Manage warehouse inventory and support day-to-day warehouse organization - Support logistics flow and ensure smooth order fulfillment from start to finish - Forklift operation is considered an asset Administrative Support: - Assist in daily office needs and manage general administrative activities - Manage calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings - Prepare and distribute correspondence - Maintain contact lists and manage company database - Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information - Keep the office clean and organized - Support the team with other administrative tasks as required Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred - Experience in customer service, inside sales, office administration, or a related role preferred - Strong client service, communication, and interpersonal skills - Confidence communicating with customers and following up on opportunities - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Professional and positive attitude with a customer-centric approach - Ability to work both independently and in a team with minimal supervision - Proficiency in MS Office Suite; QuickBooks experience is an asset - Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy loads up to 45 pounds - Forklift operation experience is an asset Language Requirements: Bilingual (English & French): Required - English: Required for communication with North American clients and vendors outside Quebec - French: Required for communication within Quebec and local operations - Any additional languages: a bonus Additional Information: Schedule: Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm How to Apply: At The JW Corporation, we’re dedicated to fostering a workplace that celebrates diversity and inclusivity. Description du poste : En tant que coordonnateur(trice) service à la clientèle / ventes internes, vous serez le premier point de contact pour plusieurs de nos clients, en assurant un service exceptionnel et une expérience client positive. En plus des responsabilités liées au service à la clientèle et à l’administration, vous soutiendrez les activités de ventes internes en effectuant des suivis de prospects, la préparation de soumissions, la gestion des relations clients et la coordination des ventes. Ce poste inclut également des responsabilités en logistique et en entrepôt afin d’assurer le bon déroulement des opérations et l’exécution efficace des commandes. Ce rôle est idéal pour une personne qui aime la variété, qui est organisée et qui souhaite contribuer à la fois au service client et au développement des ventes. Principales responsabilités :Service à la clientèle et ventes internes : - Répondre rapidement et professionnellement aux demandes des clients par téléphone, courriel et clavardage - Traiter les commandes, soumissions et factures - Fournir des informations précises et complètes sur les produits et services - Tenir à jour les dossiers clients et documenter les interactions - Créer et effectuer les suivis des prospects, soumissions et bons de commande - Soutenir les activités de ventes internes en identifiant les besoins des clients et en proposant des solutions appropriées - Effectuer les suivis auprès des clients existants et potentiels concernant les soumissions et opportunités - Mettre à jour et gérer la base de données CRM / clients - Appuyer l’équipe des ventes dans la coordination des communications et rencontres - Développer et maintenir de bonnes relations avec les clients et fournisseurs Logistique, expédition et réception : - Traiter les commandes clients avec précision et efficacité - Préparer et expédier les commandes afin d’assurer une livraison rapide - Suivre les expéditions et informer les clients de leur statut - Préparer les documents d’expédition et assurer le suivi des envois nationaux et internationaux - Recevoir les marchandises et vérifier leur exactitude - Gérer l’inventaire et soutenir l’organisation de l’entrepôt - Assurer un flux logistique fluide du début à la fin du processus de commande - Conduite de chariot élévateur (atout) Soutien administratif : - Assurer le soutien administratif quotidien du bureau - Gérer les calendriers, rendez-vous et réunions - Rédiger et distribuer la correspondance - Maintenir les listes de contacts et bases de données - Saisir et valider les données - Maintenir un environnement de bureau propre et organisé - Soutenir l’équipe dans diverses tâches administratives Qualifications : - Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent; diplôme collégial un atout - Expérience en service à la clientèle, ventes internes ou administration (atout) - Excellentes compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles …
