Key Responsibilities:• Analyze and interpret complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs) • Define and execute successful bid strategies • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality proposals • Prepare decision packages for internal approvals • Develop competitive pricing strategies and assess market conditions
Requirements:• Significant experience in complex sales and proposal development • Strong technical expertise in hydropower or project-based industries • Excellent communication with senior stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Full proficiency in French and English
