Mission Nous recherchons un.e Category Merchandisers pour rejoindre l''quipe de la zone Amriques afin de concevoir les bonnes stratgies ''Comment vendre'' et de mettre en valeur nos produits et services en magasin. En accord avec la vision de la zone, nous recherchons un talent capable de donner vie l''offre slectionne par le Category Manager. En coutant et en comprenant les besoins des deux continents, vous serez charg(e) de crer les livrables qui feront briller nos magasins et faciliteront la vie de nos quipiers lors de leur mise en uvre. Objectif: Recueillir les besoins et crer les livrables les plus efficaces, efficients et rentables (CAD, IL, LMs, slection ILV/PLV) pour la zone Amriques, en fonction des besoins des pays. couter et offrir le meilleur niveau de service chaque pays du continent. Dfinir et crer les stratgies ''Comment vendre'' qui feront de Decathlon la marque la plus apprcie des Amriques. We are looking for a Category Merchandiser to join the Americas Zone team to design the right ''How to Sell'' strategies and highlighting of our products and services in stores. In alignment with the zone vision, we are looking for the right talent that will bring to life the offer that was selected by the Category Manager. Through listening and understanding the needs of both continents, youll be the one in charge of creating the deliverables that will make our stores shine and our teammates lives as easy as possible in implanting them. Objective: Compile the needs, and create the most efficient, effective, and profitable deliverables (CAD, IL, LMs, ILV/PLV selection) for the Americas zone, based on the needs of the countries. Listen and offer the best level of service to each country within the continent Define and create the How to Sell strategies that will make Decathlon the most loved brand in the Americas. Profile Exigences: Bilinguisme franais/anglais indispensable (crit et oral) car le poste implique des interactions lchelle nationale, afin d''assurer la collaboration avec les quipes travers le Canada et les quipes anglophones.
