Sanexen is seeking a Project Manager, Administration for its Brossard offices. As a Project Manager, Administration in the environmental sector, you will play an essential support role in the rigorous management of all data generated from project sites. You will be responsible for collecting, classifying, managing, and compiling project data, enabling Project Managers to focus on analysis, decision-making, and delivering projects to the highest standards. Under the supervision of the responsible Project Manager, you will act as the administrative hub of the project team by ensuring structured and accurate management of information coming from the field, subcontractors, and internal systems. Main responsibilities - Collection of site data — Gather, classify, and record all data originating from project sites (laboratory analysis requests, weigh tickets, transportation manifests, survey data, hours worked, etc.) in all formats (Excel spreadsheets, daily reports, internal systems, etc.). - Management and presentation of site data — Compile, structure, and consolidate project data so that Project Managers can efficiently review, analyze, and use the information. - Cost tracking and invoicing — Validate project costs based on collected data, participate in cost monitoring, and contribute to invoice preparation by ensuring billed quantities align with project data. - Participation in project deliverables — Contribute to the preparation of certain project deliverables (always reviewed and approved by the accountable Project Manager), including compilation of analytical results, monitoring reports, and other technical or administrative documents. - Organization and coordination of meetings — Organize and prepare meetings (invitations, agendas, minutes) with the project team and/or clients. - Monitoring and compilation of performance indicators — Compile performance indicators and mitigation measures identified during risk analyses (both during pre-project phases and throughout project execution), compare them against established objectives, and present them in a structured manner to support the responsible Project Manager in monitoring and decision-making. - Updating internal systems — Maintain project management systems and tracking databases up to date. - Classification of technical and administrative documents — Compile and organize all documents related to projects. Qualifications required Sought Profile - Education in administration, project management, accounting, or a related field; - Relevant experience in administrative project support (ideally in environmental services, construction, or a technical industry); - Strong proficiency with project management tools and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and rigor; - Excellent ability to use Excel for data management, analysis, and tracking; - Strong interest and comfort in using artificial intelligence (AI) tools to optimize data management and administrative efficiency; - Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet tight deadlines; - Strong communication skills and team spirit. Assets - Knowledge of the environmental sector or construction sites; - Experience with project management systems or ERP platforms; - Comfort with budget tracking and contract management; - Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
