Purpose of the role

Your role with us

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be much more than just a point of contact— you will be a true partner for our clients.

Your goal? Deliver a human, reassuring, and efficient experience with every interaction.

What will your days look like?

Welcome and assist clients by phone, email, and text message

Quickly understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

Clearly explain our products, terms, and tools

Handle day-to-day requests such as payments, account changes, follow-ups, agreements, etc.

Ensure proactive follow-up until the issue is fully resolved

Manage more delicate situations with calmness, professionalism, and empathy

Accurately document every interaction in our systems

Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience

You are probably the person we are looking for if…

You are fully bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written

You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a call center environment

You are known for your listening skills, professionalism, and ability to build trust quickly

You remain calm even in more complex situations

You are comfortable using technology tools (CRM, phone systems, messaging platforms, etc.)

You enjoy achieving goals and finding practical solutions

You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
