Expert Test Engineer in High-Speed Communications, Burlington

This senior role involves leading the design and implementation of testing strategies for advancing mixed-signal products. Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement test methods for mixed-signal SiGe products • Lead the project evaluations and gate reviews • Mentor and guide junior engineers in testing practices • Drive initiatives to enhance test time and quality • Establish KPIs for testing effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field • 5+ years of progressive test engineering experience • 4+ years in mixed-signal/RF test development • Expert in Advantest V93000 and programming skills • Proven track record with high-speed communication ICs
