Your Role as a Crew Member in Landscape Construction: · You will work closely with our team using various types of equipment and machinery to install all types of stone work, retaining walls, gardens, plants, trees, mulch, sod, seed, drainage, lighting, and irrigation. · You will follow safe practices and company policies. · You report to your Crew Leader. Work Schedule: · Monday to Friday. · Saturday work is optional. · Average of 10 hours per day depending on the time of year. · Full season: April to December. · Winter work is optional and includes residential snow clearing and property cleanups. Winter schedule is dependent on weather. Requirements: · A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and succeed. · Reliable. · An eye for detail. · Work well with a team. · Physically able to perform all aspects of your role including heavy lifting up to 23 kg. · Certified safety footwear in good condition. · A valid drivers license. Ideally you have a clean driving record. · Your own transportation to and from our facility. · Machine operation skills are considered an asset. Compensation and Benefits: · Compensation is based on experience and qualifications as well as demonstrated abilities. · $20 to $28 per hour depending on experience. · Annual bonus based on performance.
