Large Loss Construction Manager Western GTA | $65,000–$75,000 + Vehicle + Cellphone + Benefits Our client is seeking an experienced Large Loss Construction Manager to oversee repair and rebuild projects within their restoration division. This role is ideal for someone who excels at coordinating sub‑trades, managing timelines, and delivering high‑quality customer service. What You’ll Do - Oversee all repair projects and supervise sub‑trades - Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements (e.g., WSIB) - Issue Work Orders and Purchase Orders - Verify sub‑trade invoicing for accuracy - Maintain accurate project data in XactAnalysis and RMS - Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Coordinators - Align expectations with homeowners and conduct final walkthroughs - Meet established profit margin targets What You Bring - 5+ years of residential construction experience (supervisory experience preferred) - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple contractors, budgets, and timelines - Safety‑first mindset - Valid G driver’s license + ability to travel across the western GTA - Clear criminal background check Compensation - Salary: $65,000–$75,000 - Company vehicle + cellphone - Advantages after 3 months Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Artificial intelligence (AI) is not used to screen, assess, or make hiring decisions for this role.
