Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator (3PL) to support day-to-day freight operations and ensure smooth coordination between carriers and customers. Key Responsibilities: - Source and coordinate carriers for shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery - Respond to customer inquiries, spot quotes, and shipment updates promptly - Maintain solid communication with carriers and clients to ensure service quality - Monitor shipments and resolve issues in real-time, including after-hours support when needed - Maintain accurate records and organize communication across shared systems - Assist in building and maintaining long-term carrier and customer relationships Requirements: - Minimum 2+ years of experience in 3PL and coordination - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and coordination skills Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ndfc0
