The Role - Social Media & Content Creator We don't want polished corporate content. We want YOU to capture the real, exciting, funny, heartfelt moments that make the Rocca Sisters brand what it is. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role. You'll be in our office, at our events, and behind the camera — creating content that stops the scroll and builds our community. What You'll Do - Day-to-Day Responsibilities - Capture spontaneous, behind-the-scenes moments in our office and at listings - Jump on trending sounds, formats, and moments — fast - Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook - Plan, coordinate, and promote client events, open houses, and community gatherings - Handle event photography and video from setup through to recap content - Create buzz before events and compelling content after to drive attendance and engagement - Track analytics and share what's working (and what's not) What You'll - Do-Day-to-Day Responsibilities - Live and breathe short-form video — you know what's trending before most people do - Are comfortable on camera AND behind it - Have a strong eye for moments — you see the story in everyday situations - Know your way around CapCut, InShot, or similar editing tools - Are organized enough to plan events but spontaneous enough to capture them - Love people — clients, colleagues, and community - Have a portfolio or personal account that shows off your style - Are based in or near Burlington, ON and available in office regularly What's In It For You Creative Freedom - Bring your ideas to life — we trust your creative instincts Real Exposure - Your work reaches a large, engaged Burlington community Dynamic Environment - No two days are the same — listings, events, office life Join a tight-knit team that celebrates wins #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ndgwg
