Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant’s standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent food handling skills, and experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation according to recipes and standards Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including stations and utensils Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times Assist with plating dishes for service, ensuring presentation meets standards Support other kitchen staff as needed during busy periods Stock and restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate shortages or needs to management Adhere to all health regulations and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills and valuable communication abilities Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if required Basic knowledge of the food industry trends and customer service principles is a plus Join our team to bring your culinary talents to life while delivering exceptional dining experiences.
