In this role, you will work alongside a team of real estate professionals to provide project and marketing support for ongoing initiatives and deliver excellence at all interactions. The Role – Senior Digital Marketing Specialist This is a hands-on, all-around marketing role. You won’t just be creating content — you’ll be involved in everything from social media and email campaigns to event execution and brand presence. If you enjoy variety and like being both creative and organized, this role is built for you. What You’ll Do - Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook - Capture behind-the-scenes moments, listings, team culture, and client experiences - Develop creative campaigns and marketing ideas that reflect our brand - Write and send marketing emails, newsletters, and listing promotions - Plan, coordinate, and execute events, open houses, and community initiatives - Be hands-on at events (setup, coordination, content capture, and follow-up) - Create pre- and post-event content to drive awareness and engagement - Manage content calendars and keep marketing efforts on track - Track performance and adjust strategies based on results Who You Are - A well-rounded marketer — creative, organized, and proactive - Strong in both content creation and written communication (emails, captions, etc.) - Comfortable working behind the scenes to bring ideas to life - Skilled with editing tools like CapCut, InShot, or similar - Able to manage multiple projects and keep things moving - Someone who naturally spots opportunities for content and storytelling - Enjoys being part of events and working with people - Based in or near Burlington, ON and available on-site regularly What’s In It For You Creative Ownership You’ll have real input and freedom to shape our marketing Hands-On Role Across Marketing You’ll be involved in social media, email marketing, and events from start to finish.
