Job Summary: As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional, timely, and solution-oriented support in both English and French. In this role, you will assist customers by phone and email, resolve inquiries efficiently, and help create a positive customer experience through transparent communication, empathy, and strong attention to detail. Job Responsibilities: · Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone and email in both English and French, resolving issues efficiently or escalating them when appropriate. · Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using the company’s tracking system. · Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and processes to provide knowledgeable customer support.
