Summary We are seeking a Fine Dining Line Cook to join our talented culinary team at Prime Steak & Raw Bar. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences through high-quality food preparation and presentation. Responsibilities - Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service. - Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines. - Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. - Participate in training recent kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety practices - Qualifications - Proven experience as a line cook in a fine dining establishment. - Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. - Excellent cooking skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Good communication skills and teamwork mentality. - Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
