Benefits - Industry‑leading compensation plans and benefits - Career development opportunities - Complimentary OTF sweat sessions - Fitness‑casual dress code Responsibilities - Partner with the Studio Manager and Regional Leadership to ensure studio success - Lead, manage and develop a dynamic team of fitness professionals - Recruit, train and educate new OTF coaches - Handle member concerns professionally and resolve them - Work with the sales team to guide recent members through their first Orangetheory workout - Conduct fitness staff meetings and attend required webinars and meetings - Build the monthly coaching schedule - Lead and motivate members through pre‑designed workouts - Apply understanding of heart‑rate focused training programs and industry trends - Demonstrate use of all workout equipment Requirements This role requires a balanced commitment of classes and administrative duties, with flexibility in scheduling to accommodate studio needs. The Head Coach must be present in studio for a minimum of 20‑25 hours a week, including 15+ hours of coaching and 10 hours of administrative duties.
