Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. Duties - Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards - Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients - Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations - Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment - Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders - Follow proper food safety protocols at all times - Support the overall efficiency of the kitchen operations during service hours Experience - Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods - Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices - Experience with meal preparation and food industry best practices - Solid understanding of serving procedures and customer service expectations in a kitchen setting This position is ideal for individuals passionate about the culinary arts who thrive in dynamic team environments.
