Summary We are seeking a Fine Dining Line Cook to join our talented culinary team at Prime Steak & Raw Bar. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences through high-quality food preparation and presentation. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Participate in training recent kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety practices Qualifications Proven experience as a line cook in a fine dining establishment. Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent cooking skills with attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced environment. Good communication skills and teamwork mentality. Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
