Heat Transfer Machine Operator Burlington

We are looking for a detail-oriented machine operator to run our sublimation heat transfer equipment used to produce custom fabric products for some of the world’s top brands. This role involves loading printed transfer paper and fabric into a heated drum-style machine, carefully lining up registration marks/colors, monitoring the run, and checking quality throughout production. Attention to detail is extremely key because small setup issues can affect large amounts of material. Valuable fit for someone who: Likes procedural/repetitive work Notices small details and color differences Is patient and focused Can stay organized while monitoring a running machine Manufacturing or printing experience is helpful, but we can train the right person. This is not heavy labor, but it does require consistency, focus, and care.
