Position Overview In this role, youll be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads for the sales team. Youll oversee the entire client journey, from content creation to client retention, while reporting key results to the CEO. Your focus will be on supporting the companys growth by driving digital marketing performance across various channels. Key Responsibilities Lead Digital Marketing Team: Manage and support a team focused on driving client acquisition. External Partnerships: Work with agencies and partners to expand digital capabilities. Campaign Management: Drive performance across platforms like META (Facebook/Instagram), Google, Tik Tok, You Tube, and more. New Digital Trends: Stay on top of emerging platforms and trends to reach new audiences. Track Metrics: Monitor KPIs like cost per lead, ROI, and engagement, adjusting strategies as needed.
